Egypt: Al Ahly Have Easy Champs League Opener

Egyptian giants Al Ahly will start defending their CAF Champions League title by facing the winner of Tanzanian champions Young Africans and Etoile d'or de Mirontsy of Comores in the competition's round of 32.

The six-time champions will kick-off their Champions League campaign on March 13-15, and the second leg will be held on April 3-5.

The fixture is considered easy for the Red Devils, as neither Young Africans nor Etoile have any history or experience competing in the Champions League.

The full draw for the 2009 competition, released by Caf yesterday, is:
