Nigeria: My Pikin - MDCAN, Colostrum Blame Nafdac for Death of Children

A non Governmental Organization, Colostrum International yesterday called for the removal of the Director General of the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC), Prof. Dora Akunyili from the ministerial list saying, she has failed in her duty to safeguard the lives of Nigerian children.

Also, the Medical and Dental Consultant Association of Nigerian (MDCAN), Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH) Chapter, has asked the NAFDAC boss to take full responsibility for what happened instead of being abusive, provocative and distractive to the course of finding a lasting solution to the problem.
