Luanda — The relationship between Angola and Italy is positive and fundamental for its political and economic interest and taking into account the Angolan potential in comparison with other countries of the sub-Saharan region, ANGOP has learnt.
This was said on Wednesday by the head of the observing mission of the European Union (EU) to the elections in Angola, Luisa Morgantini, while speaking in a ceremony held to present typical food products of her country (Italy).
The EU official, who is also an MP with the European Parliament, said Angola has been showing a strong growth in infrastructures and social development.
