Lamin A. Darboe — Scorpions' debutant Abdoulie Mansally is just happy to be part of the Scorpions fold saying it's never easy to break into a national team.
Mansally made his senior debut for the Scorpions on Saturday against Algeria replacing Ebou Sillah as a 72nd minute substitute. And the New England Revolution forward has only God to thank for his good luck. "Playing in the National team is a big pride but not easy. If you are selected to play for the National team you have to thank God. This is a great thing for me", Ken declared.
And Ken believes that the understanding and high team spirit within the team would help them reach the World Cup and Nations Cup in 2010. He said "Algeria is not a small team and every body knows that these Arabs are good on the ball. So to win them here is a great thing for everybody. I am thanking all the fans and everybody. I want to tell them we are going to Algeria and In-Sha-Allah; we will bring the three points. And by the grace of God they will see us in Angola and South Africa in 2010."
