Lagos — The report of the committee on electoral reform made available to the Presidency last week has not only been described as worthwhile, but also said to have the tendency to stabilize the embattled electoral process. Penultimate Thursday, the Presidential Committee on Electoral Reform Committee (ERC), headed by the former Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN), Justice Muhammadu Uwais finally submitted its much awaited report. The report has been hailed by both politicians and political enthusiasts.
