Ghana: St Joseph's Hospital Calls for Gov't Support

Koforidua — The Director of Saint Joseph's Hospital, a Koforidua-based private hospital, Rev. Bro. Johannes Batista Torwoe, has launched a passionate appeal to the government, co-operative organisations and philanthropists in the country and abroad, to support the on-going construction of a modern orthopedic hospital in Koforidua.

The hospital, which is estimated to cost 2 million euro, and sponsored by Care-DO Move, a Holland-based non-governmental organisation (NGO), has come to a standstill as a result of lack of funds.
