Mamelodi Sundowns coach Henri Michel is back in South Africa after spending his Christmas break in Lebanon.
The Frenchman's future at the Brazilians has been the subject of much speculation, though his agent, Jean Mark Eyong, maintains that the former Morocco and Ivory Coast national team coach's job at Sundowns is still secure.
"I am here at the airport waiting to pick Michel up. He has spent his holiday in Lebanon, where his wife was born," Eyong tells KickOff.com. "I can assure you that Michel is still Sundowns' coach.
If that were not so, why would he come back to this country today?"
Michel is unlikely to escape a tongue-lashing and possible punishment from club boss Patrice Mosepe following his failure to give a post-match press interview after the team's loss to Ajax Cape Town in their last Premiership match before the festive break.
