Kickoff (Cape Town)

English championship side Birmingham have released Ghanaian midfielder Quincy Owusu-Abeyie after failing to reach an agreement over a permanent deal.
The 22-year-old joined the club on a loan in the summer from Russian giants Spartak Moscow.
But Birmingham are not willing to pay the US$10m Spartak officials are demanding before releasing the Ghanaian.
Birmingham manager Alex McLeish said: "His deal was an expensive one for just one player and we will now look to use the money to bring in new faces.
"We thank Quincy for his efforts and wish him well for the future."
Owusu-Abeyie made 13 appearances and scored three goals for Blues since joining them in August.
