Al Hilal fullback Yusuf Mohammed is set to seal a move that will see him join compatriot Obinna Nwaneri at Swiss side FC Sion.
Team mate Kelechi Osunwa has also made a move, but to Al Hilal's biggest rivals El Merriekh.
Mohammed, whose contract with the Omdurman club ran out at the end of the 2008 Sudanese league season, signed a pre-contract with the Swiss club in the summer and will now join them this month to complete the paperwork.
"I signed for them in the summer, but I could not join them until the end of the season," Mohammed told KickOffNigeria.com.
Mohammed ws offered a fresh contract by the Sudanese club, but says he chose to move to Europe.
"It is important for me to play at a higher level, that's why I chose to move to Europe," he said.
