Nigeria: Rev King's Followers Throng Kuje Prison

Members of the jailed notorious Lagos pastor, Chukwueme Ezeugo, a.k.a Rev. King, have been trooping to his current prison in Kuje, FCT, for blessing and fellowship.

Rev. King was recently transferred from Kirikiri Maximum Prison, Lagos to Kuje prison where he organises prayers session for his members.

Prison officials and eyewitness said thousands of his faithful throng the prison to see him for miracle and blessing.

Some even go as far as waiting to see him for days. The prison officials currently disallow him from conducting any prayers in the prison and its environment.

One of his braches based in Tudun Wada, behind FHA Lugbe, now conduct several programmes proclaiming that Rev. King is God in a black skin, who can cure any disease, ranging from virus infection such as HIV and all other incurable diseases.

The church that is growing fast in Lugbe is attended by men and women all over Abuja and its environs just to get power, protection and cure of several kinds of diseases.

Rev. King, the founder of the Christian Praying Assembly (CPA) was on Thursday January 11, 2007 sentenced to death by hanging and 100 years imprisonment by an Ikeja High Court, presided by Justice Olubumi Oyewole for killing six of his members by spraying premium motor spirit (PMS) on them and setting them ablaze.

Rev. King was also accused of inhuman treatment, including flogging of his church members and causing them to pay an average of N25,000 when they disturbed church environment.

I don't think it is anybodies business if people are coming from Nigeria and Abroad to worship Rev King at Kuji Prision as God. If they did not find something good in the man nobody will recognised him ok. If it is easy to make people come to worship or believe in you then do it yourself and stop fighting King.

why would it be a surprise to the writer of this article.Rev king is been followed everywhere he goes by his followers because he solves their problems. In the history of this world, i have not seen where something like this is happening. The big question which everybody will ask is this-Who is this man rev king. The answer to this question is not far fetched because it is obvious that rev king is of GOD.If someone is in prison and he is solving the problem of his followers than that person should be praised. If i happened to be one of the member of this great man indeed i will equally worship him forever.

please i want to use this opportunity to ask rev king for forgiveness because of all the terrible things i have said about him. please sir i was deceive by what the media was saying. Most especially sunnews paper.I never knew that rev king was innocent of all those allegations charge against him.The world is so wicked, how can they convict an innocent man that is busy doing the work of GOD.If rev king is not of GOD his followers will not be following him everywhere he goes.Infact i will equally visit rev king so that he can show mercy on me and heal me of my diseases which i have been suffering for many years now because of my stiff nakedness,i have been to churches but all to no avail.

The whole world are very far from the truth. Bullshit to Nigeria legal system and their liars. Rev King is God anointed and whoever is touching or doing any wicked/evil things against him will face destruction. This man is innocent and yet you don't want to let him go to attend to his sheep.

I cried for all the acclaimed men of God who have in one way or the other supported the persecution of rev king because they will face shame and destruction with their whole families for saying what they did not know against the anointed of Almighty God
