Sole importers of Blue Jeans energy drink, Budget Cash and Carry has presented a GH¢1000 cheque and 20 cartons of Blue Jeans energy drink to the IBF Bantamweight champion, Joseph Agbeko.

At a brief presentation ceremony at the premises of Cash and Carry in Accra, yesterday, Nana Egyir Aggrey, CEO of Budget Cash and Carry noted that the gesture forms part of his outfit's plan to throw its weight behind the IBF Bantamweight champion.

"We trust this gesture will spur him on to do more, taking into account the composition of the Blue Jeans energy drink,' said Nana Egyir.

He conferred on Agbeko the title of a Blue Jeans Ambassador and pledged his company's continued unflinching support for the young boxer.

Agbeko, a.k.a The Fresh King, thanked the donors copiously for the gesture, saying "I believe this will go a long way to motivate me to strive for more mementos as well as refuel our already healthy relationship."

The IBF Bantamweight champion revealed that the secrete behind his exploits has been the intake of the Blue Jeans energy drink and promised not to travel the full distance with his opponents in his future assignments.

In the company of his PR manager, Ebenezer Noi, Agbeko received a beautiful plaque bearing his picture with a citation from Nana Egyir.
