Luanda — The Angolan Football Federation (FAF) will hold next Thursday at its premises in Luanda, the draw of the national first division football championship for this year (Girabola2009), which is to start on February 21, an official source told Angop on
Tuesday.
On the same occasion, it will also be held the draw of the national second division football championship dubbed "Girangola", according to the deliberation of FAF's general assembly held in 2008.
The national first division football championship (Girabola), which in 2009 will have the innovation of awarding a monetary prize to the championship winning team (an amount that is not specified yet), will have three new comers, namely Recreativo da Caála, Académica do Lobito and Académica do Soyo, who ascended to Girabola last year.
