East Africa: Tanzania, Rwanda, Burundi in Rail Deal

Arusha — Tanzania, Rwanda and Burundi governments last week signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at developing a multi-national Tanzania-Rwanda-Burundi Railway Project.
