Lagos — The first presidential act of President Barack Obama on January 23, barely three days after assuming office as the first African-American President, was to lift the ban on Mexican City Policy, that is, the ban prohibiting taxpayers' funds from going to organizations promoting genocide against the black race. (I shall hereunder explain the meaning of the phrase: black genocide). So there is rejoicing in the houses of pro-abortion and pro-choice NGOs all over the world. Last two weeks the Obama-abortion money landed in Nigeria amid rejoicing and celebration. Even some Nigerian radical feminists and women liberators have written letters to President Obama thanking him for expidiously releasing money for abortion in Nigeria . Thus Obama has set a record as first the American President to sign an order within 48 hours after taking over the White House endorsing infanticide and abortion.

President Obama has also promised to increase funding for infanticide, much of which goes to Planned Parenthood, to $700 million and to double spending on overseas population control programs to $1 billion. Obama has promised to sign the radical Freedom of Choice Act (FOCA) which will have the effect of: automatically nullifying all pro-life legislations in the US; increasing infanticide and abortion in the US by 125,000 more per year; lifting the ban on partial-birth abortion, that is, chopping off the heads of babies during delivery; denying parents the right to be involved before their minor daughters undergo chemical or surgical abortion; forcing health-care providers and professions to participate in baby killing in hospitals etc. Susan Rice, Obama's UN Ambassador, has pledged that the Obama Presidency will ratify the controversial UN Convention on the Elimination of all Forms of Discriminations Against Women (CEDAW).

I am shocked by President Obama's first presidential act of releasing money for funding of infanticide and abortion in America and overseas. I thought President Obama was more concerned about lifting up America from the doldrums of the most damaging economic meltdown in recent times. I thought President Obama's first priority was to create jobs for uncountable jobless Americans. Agreed, Obama is merely toeing the ideological leftist-leaning of the Democrats. He is also fulfilling his promise in 2007 to Planned Parenthood Federation of America that the first thing he would do upon assuming power as American President would be to upturn all laws forbidding women from exercising their reproductive right and killing their babies whenever they like with or without the consent of their husbands or boy friends. More importantly, Planned Parenthood Federation of America, the most notorious abortion-lobbying and funding organization in the world, heavily funded Obama's presidential campaigns. So naturally President Obama is expected to dance to the tune of Planned Parenthood of Federation of America in obeisance to the dictum: he who pays the piper dictates its tune.

But has President Obama forgotten that, historically, black-infanticide or black genocide has been a veritable tool for exterminating the black race? Has President Obama forgotten Margaret Sanger, her eugenic philosophy and extreme hatred for the blacks? Margaret Louise Sanger (1879-1966) was a racist, sadist, eugenicist, and an alcoholic addict. She founded the Planned Parenthood of America. She was the proponent of sexual revolution of the 60s which ruined many families. She hated African-Americans. Sanger endorsed the murder of the so-called "socially-undesirable Negros or people whom she considered were unfit to live. To Sanger, human beings are farm animals to be killed anytime. She referred to blacks and Jews as "bad stocks" In her extreme melancholy and sadism, she specifically directed her Planned Parenthood of America to exterminate African-Americans. Recall her famous statement to conceal her intention of exterminating the blacks: "we should hire three or four coloured ministers, preferably with social-service backgrounds and with engaging personalities. The most successful educational approach to the Negro is through religious appeal. We do not want word to go out that we want to exterminate the Negro population. The minister is the man who can straighten out that idea if it ever occurs to any of their moral rebellious members".

Ms. Sanger did not hide her hatred for anything capable of promoting the dignity of women. Her words on December 19, 1939: "Our objective is unlimited sexual gratification without the burden of unwanted children women must have the right to live to love a woman's physical satisfaction is more important than any marriage vows .. Marriage bed is the most degenerating influence in the social order the more merciful thing that a family does to one of its infant members is to kill it".

In line with late Ms. Sanger's eugenics philosophy, there have been consistent efforts by many international organizations to cut down the population and potentials of black world through legalization of abortion, sterilization of African women, corruption of young African students with biological and seductive sex-education program, and the so-called "safe-sex or "condom-sex" HIV/AIDS propaganda. In United States , about 78% of the abortion clinics of the Planned Parenthood America are located within the black population with blacks as targets. 37% of abortions performed in America are performed on African American women who represent only 12% of the female population of America . The abortion rate among married African-American ladies is 4.4 times greater than the rate among married white ladies. 14 million African-American babies have been killed through abortion during the past 30 years. Of the 4,200 babies killed everyday in America in abortion clinics, 1,452 of them are blacks. More African-American babies have been killed through abortion than the total number of African-American children who died from AIDS, violent crimes, accidents, cancer, heart diseases, suicide etc. The number of Americans killed in all American wars, including Iraq war, is negligible compared to huge number of Americans that had been killed in abortion clinics. Since ROE V WADE over 40 million Americans have been killed via abortion, one-third of them being African-Americans. Three out of five pregnant African-American ladies go to abortion clinics run by whites to procure abortion. In fact experts predict that if this abortion trend remains unchecked black votes may be insignificant in the US by the year 2038. The inauguration of Barack Obama as the 44th President of America is been hailed as the beginning of a new dawn for the marginalized and pauperized African-Americans. Obama's taking over the White House is applauded as the fulfillment of the dream of Martin Luther King jr. But Obama's dramatic endorsement of Ms Sanger's eugenic policy against the blacks barely 48 hours after coming to power is sending a wrong signal about this liberationist and redemptive posture. President Obama's action obviously runs counter to the dream of Martin Luther King Jr., aspirations of Abraham Lincoln and other American founding fathers and the words of Declaration of American independence.

In the next four years we are going to see an American Presidency that promotes the most aggressive abortion and sterilization of women policies in Sub-Saharan Africa. We are going to see an American Presidency which foreign policy is targeted at destroying the traditional African family values through aggressive sterilization of African women, use of contraceptives and abortion. According to Congressman Chris Smith, the Obama administration is poised to push the most abrasive pro-abortion and pro-choice agenda in American history. He said that President Obama will be remembered forever not just as smart, savvy, gifted and eloquent leaders, but as the greatest abortion President the US has ever produced.

American foreign policy in the next four years will tilt in favour of aggressive population control, forced contraceptive use, sterilization of women and abortion. Already in response to President Obama's first presidential act on January 23, Foreign Secretary of State, Mrs. Hillary Clinton, has written to assure African women that henceforth they would get the full backing of the White House in exercising their full reproductive rights which include killing their unborn babies and using their bodies for sexual gratification as eugenicist Sanger taught.
