Nigeria: Power Probe - Minority Leader Threatens Legal Action

Abuja — Minority Leader, House of Representatives, Honourable Ali Ndume (ANPP, Adamawa), yesterday threatened to go to court to compel the House to make available to him, a copy of the Power Probe report as presented by the Committee on Power.

The threat came on the heels of a resolve by the House to invite the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) and Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR) to probe the littering of the country's major sea ports with vessels and barges impounded by security agencies.
