Angola: Police Caution Women Against Sexual Abuse

Luanda — The spokesperson for the Luanda provincial command of the National Police, Nestor Goubel, Tuesday here cautioned women against sexual abuse, avoiding poorly illuminated spots and taxis with few passengers, mainly at night.

Speaking to Angop, Nestor Goubel, a police inspector, said that rape is usually committed in poorly illuminated and unwatched spots or during taxi rides in certain areas of the capital.
