Zambia: Finance Minister Proposes Increase in Constituency Funds to K600 Million

FINANCE and National Planning Minister, Situmbeko Musokotwane has proposed an increase in the constituency development fund (CDF) to K600 million from the current K400 million.

Dr Musokotwane said in Lusaka the proposal to increase the CDF to K1 billion as suggested by some Parliamentarians was not possible because the country had inadequate financial resources.
