IN my previous Eewa column, I reflected on the number of cattle that are owned by my fellow country men and women in this north-western regional capital of Kunene, Opuwo, yet the owners struggle to make ends meet, meaning most residents here would risk buying fodder for their animals while there is no bread and butter on their tables.
Ironically, children would drop out of school, citing lack of funds while in actual fact, the parents own over 500 head of cattle.
