Africa: Samba School Homage Highlights Friendship Between Angola And Brazil

Luanda — The homage Brazil's Sao Paulo-based Tom Maior samba school will pay to Angola and its people in this year's edition of the carnival, is the recognition of the importance of Angolans in the affirmation of that country's culture.

This was said Wednesday evening in Luanda by Angolan minister of Culture, Rosa Cruz e Silva.
