The Angolan Armed Forces (FAA) chief of staff, gen. Francisco Pereira Furtado, on Thursday in Ondjiva, southern Cunene Province, highlighted the efforts being made by the local and central governments to support the victims of the floods in this region.
According to the FAA chief the efforts of the government are visible, considering the prompt intervention of various organs in supplying assistance with food, health, evacuation of people and goods.
