Angola: Defence Minister Meets Congolese Army Inspector General

Luanda — Angola's National Defence minister, Kundi Paihama, met this Tuesday, in Luanda, with the inspector general of the Armed Forces of Congo Brazzaville, general Norbert Dabira, ANGOP has learnt.

At the end of the meeting, General Norbert Dabira told the press that his visit to Angola aims at reinforcing the ties already existing between the two countries.

"This visit serves to share experiences with the Angolan Armed Forces (FAA), which are full of history and friend", said Norbert Dabira.

The Congolese general also highlighted the visit paid to the Office of the Army Inspector General, where they shared various experiences, having considered that this institution plays an important role.

During his visit to Angola, which is expected to end on Saturday, the Congolese top army officer is also expected to visit some barracks, as well as social, economic and cultural undertakings.
