Windhoek — Taxi drivers in the city are laid-back despite this week's fuel price increases, which became effective on Wednesday night.
The Ministry of Mines and Energy announced an increase in fuel prices citing the global economic crises as the main reason. Petrol went up by 37 cents and diesel by 13 cents per litre, making this the second fuel increase in less than 30 days.
