The Office of the Prime Minister has allocated/received funds and intends to apply part of the proceeds of these funds towards the cost of supplies/ services/works The Office of the Prime Minister now invites suitably

 Computers Printers and Accessories (OPM/Supplies/2009-2010/00002)

 Motor vehicles and Motorcycles (OPM/Supplies/2009-2010/00003)

 Office furniture and fittings ( OPM/Supplies/2009-2010/00004)

 Motor vehicle/Motorcycle tyres tubes rims and batteries (OPM/Supplies/2009-2010/00005)

 Foodstuffs like Maize Flour, Maize grain and dry beans (OPM/Supplies/2009-2010/00006)

 Office equipment e.g. Fax machines , Photo copiers Telephone sets (OPM/Supplies/2009-2010/00007)

 Carpets , Nettings ,Curtains and Uniforms (OPM/Supplies/2009-2010/00008)

 General materials e.g. Iron Sheets ,Hand Hoes ,Ox Ploughs, Cement ,Pangas (OPM/Supplies/2009-2010/00009) Services

 Heavy Printing ,Photocopying and Binding Services (OPM/Services /2009-2010/00001)

 Repair and maintenance of Office Equipment e.g. Computers,Photocopiers, Fax machines (OPM/Services /2009-2010/00002)

 Clearing and Forwarding Services (OPM/Services /2009-2010/00003)

 Motor vehicle/Motor cycle repair services (OPM/Services /2009-2010/00004)

Pre-qualification submissions/expressions of interest will be evaluated in accordance with the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003 of the Government of Uganda. Pre-qualification is open to all eligible bidders.

Details of the pre-qualification criteria, including specific experience, capabilities, qualifications, facilities or capacity required are as indicated in the Pre-qualification document.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Office of the Prime Minister and inspect the prequalification

documents at the address given below from Monday -Friday, 8:00am -12:45 pm and 2:00 pm - 500pm.

The pre-qualification documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment

of a non-refundable fee of Ug Shs 50,000/=( Fifty thousand Uganda shillings) to Uganda Revenue Authority. The Bank payment advice form shall be obtained

from the address below.

The physical bidding document will then be delivered to the address below. No liability will be accepted for loss or late

delivery.

Pre-qualification submissions/expressions of interest must be delivered to the address below at or before 10:00am, 21th May 2009. Late submissions shall be rejected.
