Dr Myles Munroe, an internationally recognised motivational speaker, pastor, author and business consultant has identified globalisation as the major cause of the current world economic crisis.Munroe who made this known at seminar entitled: World Economic Crisis: The Solution" organised by the City of David Business Network, an arm of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, explained that globalisation was the greatest change in our lifetime which had culminated in the demise of independence of nations, governments, economies, cultures and religions.

Munroe, who is the Founder, President and Senior Pastor of Bahamas Faith Ministries International, however sees hope in the current situation, saying every crisis is an opportunity for those who can see beyond the immediate. His solution: If you want to be successful, seek to be a person of value.

Dr. Munroe is currently on evangelical tour of Nigeria.
