Kampala — THE East African Distributors, a subsidiary of the Madhvani Group of Companies, has opened a design centre to provide specification and advisory services for the construction industry players.
Tharun Patnaik, the general manager, disclosed in an interview in Kampala last week that the company had also started distributing quality world-class brands for the industry.
"We are distributing for the high profile brands like Trane, which is one of the leading manufacturers of air conditioning products in the world," he said.
Trane, Patnaik explained, has a history of excellence and advanced technology, resulting into the brand's reputation for quality and reliable products.
"Each of the quality individual models in the range comprise optimum blend of advance technology, attractive design, outstanding value and solid reliability.
"With Trane, whether you install it in a villa, office, hotel, residential or public building, its illusion mini-split system offers you convenience at your fingertips," Patnaik explained.
The East African Distributors also the distribute ASSA ABLOY brands in Uganda , the global leader in door opening solutions.
"These products provide security with a peace of mind, allowing people to be free to do the things they want to do.
"The group's strong product portfolio enables them to offer everything from individual products to convenient integrated solutions in close liaison with customers and professionals," Patnaik elaborated during the interview.
He added: "Our product range includes everything from convenient mechanical locks, door hardware, high security master keying systems, to state-of-the-art electromechanical locks for access control and hotel systems as well as automatic door systems."
