Mozambique: Meconta Citizens Complain That Court Rulings Are Ignored

Meconta — Residents of Meconta district, in the northern Mozambican province of Nampula, on Monday complained that decisions taken by the local courts are ignored, even by state institutions.

They raised their complaints at a rally in Meconta town addressed by President Armando Guebuza.
