Investment Opportunity: Construction and Materials Property

The Uganda Investment Authority (UIA) is promoting joint ventures to develop several properties to be located in the country and in Sudan.

Sponsor: Pinnarche and Envision Group

Pinnarche and Envision Group is an established company of architects and builders who have been commissioned to construct civic, academic, religious, educational, health, residential, and commercial buildings.

Project location: Uganda and Sudan

The sponsors expectations include:

• Partnering with a strategic investor in real estate development

• Transfer of appropriate technology in light weight concrete prefabricated structures

• Importation of tiles, iron mongers, and other fixtures and fittings from China, India and Malaysia - this partner should be able to provide assistance in knowledge on shipping procedures and sufficient credit lines.

Sponsor: Eco Shelter and Environmental Consultants Ltd.

This project is an amalgamation of 5 stand-alone property development ventures on a condominium basis. Each of the 5 ventures is to be built in the upmarket suburbs of Kampala City. Drawings have been approved.
