Nigeria: Sacked Kwara CJ Breaks Into Office

Ilorin — The former Chief Judge of Kwara State, Justice Raliat Elelu-Habeeb last Thurs-day forcefully staged a come back to her former office by breaking the entrance door two days after a new acting Chief Judge was sworn-in.

Justice Elelu-Habeeb, whose tenure as CJ came to an end on Tuesday after the State House of Assembly approved a request through a letter sent by the State Governor, Dr Bukola Saraki , seeking her removal from office over allegations of gross misconduct .
