Zimbabwe: Sikhala Gives Korean Official Ultimatum to Leave

Former St Mary's Member of Parliament, Job Sikhala, has issued a 48 hour ultimatum to the visiting North Korean official Kim Yong Nam, to leave the country. Sikhala said the visit was not welcome since North Korea helped train Mugabe's 5th Brigade which was responsible for the massacre of over 20 000 people in Matabeleland and the Midlands in the 1980's.

Sikhala, who was recently suspended from the Mutambara MDC for denouncing party leader for Arthur Mutambara for being too close to Mugabe, issued a statement saying he lost his aunt 'in that horrendous and hellish crime against humanity' now commonly referred to as the Gukurahundi Massacres.

The outspoken politician argued that, 'North Korea represents the most satanic outpost of tyranny and urged Mr Kim to go and organise elections in his country where people are languishing from unmitigated poverty and gross human rights abuses.' Sikhala also accused his party leader Mutambara of being in the company of Mugabe while he was with the Korean dictator.

Sikhala also expressed outrage at Mugabe for thanking the Koreans for the training facilities which they provided to the 5th brigade, saying this has infuriated thousands of Gukurahundi victims.

    Jobless Sakala you are surelly a senseless little man. Student politics and real world politics are a different dish. Masamba asiyani Jobo. Let sleeping dogs lie. I was a tertiary student in Bulawayo from 1982 to 1984 and i have first hand knowledge of what happened in that region. My late Brother was ZIPRA and my other late brother was in the Army. Where were you Jobo that time. I know hundreds of Shona people who were killed because they could not say the ZAPU slogan. I survived in the old surburn of Njube because of my brothers. And how many government and innocent tourists died in the hands of notorious Gasela. Remember the war where Smith's forces killed missionaries and blamed it on Zanla and Zipra to wind the hearts of the masses. It never worked. So mr Sakala you are just an ordinary citizen like me and where do you get the power to give ultimatums. When it comes to Gukurahundi the Mashonas are so bitter about because what happened to th Mpofus, Ndlovus and their likes, the Debelerised Shonas will never be told as what happened to Debeles. Be careful dont try to divide Zim of tribal grounds. We remember the massacres and the aductions of Shonas in the 1856-1896 like you remember the perceived massacres of the 1980s.

    Moltecc;

    Thank you, Moltecc, for enlightening the small boy, Jobo. He is so far backward he cannot understand Zimbabwean politics. How can he understand when he has sellout blood in him? He does not even know and understand what he is talking about. It is true; student politics and real politics are at variance with each other.

    I have said it over and over again that what happened in Matabeleland where dissidents killed and abducted innocent civilians and tourists, destroyed property and retarded development could not be allowed to continue. Something had to be done and what was done (sending the 5th Brigade) was the best option available at that time. Anything else would have spelt doom for the Matabeleland region in particular and for Zimbabwe in general.

    Zimbabwe would be in a vicious civil war up to this day and many more people (maybe a hundred times more than the fake and inflated figure of 20 000) would be dead by now. In fact Matabeleland and part of Midlands would be empty of people and anything that moves. Every Zimbabwean should, therefore, appreciate the good job done by our brothers who extinguished the fire that was started by Gasela and his cohorts, not to mention the good job done by those who trained our loyal soldiers.

    While it is sad that some innocent civilians were caught in cross fire, the benefits outweigh the losses. They did not die in vain, they are our heroes and should be remembered each time we go to the Heroes Acre. They deserve every Zimbabwean's respect.

    So when people like Jobo Sikhala vomit like he did let us not take much notice because we know who he is and what he stands for. Besides wanting publicity, Sikhala is an accomplished sell-out by inheritance. He inherited this from his ancestors who, when all other Africans refused to work with the invading white people, they were more than prepared to be used as slaves from South Africa to Zimbabwe.

    They were the faces of Rhodes' invading forces, hence, colonialism. Our fore fathers, when they saw other fellow Africans, as is our culture, welcomed them with both hands - gave them food, water and shelter. Unbeknown to them, Job's fore fathers were carrying Zvikwambo kumusana (goblins on their backs). This is how it was easy for whites to initially take control of all our lands without resistance.

    As a reward for a job well-done some of Jobo's ancestors were given farms in the Masema area of Gutu District in Masvingo Province. This is Jobo, so no one should be surprised when the sellout does or says anything against the good job that government, President Mugabe and Zanu Pf did, is doing or will do in future. It is in the sellout's blood.

    When you acquire Chikwambo (goblin), it is practically impossible to let go of the man-killer. Even if you try to throw it into the sea, it still comes back. In fact by the time you get home, it is waiting for you to arrive.

    Chikwambo chakafanana neNgozi chinonamira sechikwekwe!!!

    Becareful about Job .... he is an iceberg. Up to 1984 l was a ZAPU man and for reasons known, the so called Ndebeles decided that ZAPU was a Bulawayo political organisation. They did this in order to take possesion of the properties of ZAPU and make all theirs. It is in the blood of these people to take and usurp that which is not theirs. Being a long standing member of ZAPU, I demand a share of ZAPU properties.Even sekuru J Nkhomo knew some of my immediate relations in Gonakudzingwa. Actually, there have always been more members of ZAPU than Ndebeles ... even if l include SHONA people enslaved and assimilated by the Bhebhes, Mpandes, Zhlohlo etc ... such as members of the Rozvi royal House, eg all MOYOs found in west Zimbabwe and NCUBEs who are in effect children of the Mbire House (SOKOs). Who are and have always been Shonas in the current of maDzimbahwe? Answer ... Kalanga who actually Karangas who were forced to put an L in their name by the assimilado policies of those who ran the place of killing (kwaBulawayo), Venda, Nhanzva whose mambo was called HWENGERE ... corrupted to Wankie whites and the ignorant in 1980, named Hwange, and the TONGA on both sides of the Zambezi. The tonga in Zimbabwe are today being forced to abandon their language and culture by the Bhebhes etc. Why should the Tonga be made to abandon Tonga and their children given no choice but learn Ndebele. The Tswana are doing similarly...forcing the Kalanga to learn in Tswana only. How cruel? UNESCO does not allow that. The %th brigade stopped a UNITA's Savimbi war in Zimbabwe. We are ready for their next attempt God bless all MABWE of Zimbabwe.
