Abuja — Chairman, Senate Committee on Power and Steel, Nicholas Ugbane, his counterpart in the House of Representatives, Ndudi Elumelu, and eight others were on Thursday arraigned at a high court of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) on allegations of fraud.
Others arraigned alongside Ugbane and Elumelu were the Managing Director of Rural Electrification Agency (REA), Samuel Gekpe, Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Power, Abdulahi Aliyu, Simon Nanle, Lawrence Orekoya, Abdulsalmad Jahun, Kayode Oyedeji, Igwe Paulinus and Jibo Mohammed.
