Lagos — The Presidential Panel probing the $180 million Halliburton bribe scandal on Monday interrogated Umaru Shinkafi, Funsho Kupolokun, and Don Etiebet, to unravel the identity of Nigerians invovled.
Shinkafi was once National Security Organisation (NSO) Director General, Kupolokun was Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) Group Managing Director, and Etiebet was Petroleum Minister.
