Mungo — The provincial governor of central province of Huambo, Albino Malungo, announced on Wednesday at Mungo village the building this year of a youth rehabilitation centre in the municipality.
"The province registered many cases of youth in conflicts with the law and the government will take measures to finish this situation within families", said the governor during the opening of the second extraordinary session of the local executive.
In the occasion, he called on the government to deeply discuss the documents that will turn Mungo into a potential area, thus exploring all its resources for the development of the country's central plateau.
During the meeting, the participants will also discuss the documents supplied by Mungo administration on public investments, social and economic situation as well as the plan to urbanize the commune and its suburbs.
