Saurimo — The artist movement in Lunda Sul province has been gaining strength, due to government's commitment to launch creators and promoters who are emerging in that region of the country, learnt Angop from the provincial director of Culture, João Manassa.

João Manassa, who made these comments to press, in light to Caldo de Poeira, an artistic programme which took place Sunday in Saurimo, capital of Lunda Sul province, stressed that in spite of most of events held being supported by the government, it is visible already the emergence of cultural promoters who offer their support towards cultural promotion in the region.

João Manassa explained yet that local government is rehabilitating a building where will be preserved and exhibited museum pieces and artefacts owned by the provincial department of culture and by the community, in which are highlighted many kinds of masks and functions.
