Nigeria: Examination Fraud - Keep Off Law Students' Case, Counsel Tells EFCC

Abuja — Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has been asked to keep off the investigation of allegations of examination malpractice against two final year students of law at the University of Abuja pending the determination of their application for stay of action.

The students, Yinka Afolayan and Bright Edobor, are under investigation for allegedly writing a paper for the former Director of Operations of the EFCC, Tunde Ogunsakin, who has long since been redeployed to the Nigeria Police.
