Luanda — The gastronomist Júlio Lucas intends to release in September 2009, a book on Angolan typical food entitled "Kandimbanza-gastronomia angolana".
Speaking to ANGOP on Tuesday, Júlio Lucas said that the 200-page book is already compiled, but it is missing the conclusion of its review and edition.
In this book, he also intends to remember his first years in this field of professional activity, besides taking about the Angolan gastronomy, which he considers to be very rich.
Júlio Lucas was born on 4 September 1950 in Luanda.
