Angola: Home Ministry Hands Over Vehicles

Luanda — The minister of Home Affairs, Roberto Leal Monteiro "Ngongo" made Friday in Luanda, the delivery of 562 vehicles to support various organs engaged in the sector at the national level.

During a ceremony held in the car-parking of the Special Traffic Brigade (BET) in Kilamba Kiaxi, the Cabinet minister made the symbolic delivery of vehicles to representatives of Fire Brigade, Migration and Foreigners Services, Prison Services and the National Police.

In statements to the press at the end of the act, the National Director of Technical Services of the Ministry of Home Affairs, António Cardoso, said that these resources were given to strengthen the operational capacity of these organs.

He added that with delivery, the Ministry of Home Affairs wants to overcome some difficulties that they have been facing.
