18 June 2009

Tunis — The Tunisian engineering and consulting group "Telnet" has signed cooperation agreements at Le Bourget's 2009 aeronautical fair which is currently taking place near Paris.

The deals were signed respectively with "Teuchos" and "Safran India" and "Dassault Systems".

The first tripartite agreement will enable the three companies to meet the demands of their customers and provide them with high technology equipment and specialized software.

The second deal which was signed with the French aviation giant Dassault ,will concern the training of competences in the field of product life management (PLM) software, where Dassault is playing a leading role in the world.

The convention dubbed "PLM for a digital economy in Tunisia" is in line with Tunisia's policy aiming at training competences in the sector of high value added engineering and their life cycle in such areas as aeronautics, the car industry, energy and consumption goods.
