Sawa — Graduates of the Sawa Vocational Training Center (SVTC) are making vital contribution in the provision of skilled manpower resources.
Mr. Fessehaye Kidane, Director of the Center, said that some 10,000 youths who have so far graduated from the Center in various vocations have contributed to alleviate the shortage skilled manpower in different parts of the country. He further explained that SVTC accommodates 50% of the course participants as well as scope of the training program service in the country.
It is to be recalled that the Sawa Vocational Training Center was opened in 2007 under the umbrella of the Training Center of the Eritrean Defense Forces and the Ministry of Education.
