Angola: Government Approves National Geology Plan

Luanda — Angolan cabinet council approved this Wednesday the national plans of geology and humans resources development of the Geologic Institute.

During the meeting, government approved the strategic development plan of the Angolan Geologic Institute and the regulation on artisan diamond mining.

In this gathering, the cabinet also passed the Cacuso-Malanje agro-industrial investment project and authorised the increasing of investment of the Unitel mobile-telephone firm.

Chaired by the Head of State, José Eduardo dos Santos, the cabinet equally approved a contract to supply 1,500 vehicles, signed by automobile and spare parts company "Abamat" and China National Machinery and Equipment Import and Export Corporation (CMEC).
