Sawa — The Sawa branch of the Commercial Bank of Eritrea (CBE) is rendering efficient service in facilitating financial transactions for the Sawa Training Center itself and handing the amount parents sent to their sons and daughters who are pursuing studies there.

Mr. Simon Abai, manager of the branch, indicated that such services were previously handled by traveling to Agordat. He also pointed out that businessmen and farmers who live in Forto-Sawa and its surroundings are equally beneficiaries of the services rendered by the CBE branch in Sawa.

The Bank's branch went operational in 2006.
