Luanda — The Angolan head of State, José Eduardo dos Santos, said Friday, in Luanda, that legal instruments signed between Angola and Russia are, in part, the reflection of the willing to add material contents to political relations between both countries.
Speaking at the opening of official talks between both countries delegations, during the visit of Russian leader, Dimitri Medvedv, to Angola, José Eduardo dos Santos affirmed that the agreements are related to reciprocal investment promotion and protection.
He referred, in the other hand, the economic, technical, scientific and cultural cooperation of medium term (2009/2013), on civil aviation and higher education.
The Angolan leader affirmed that, besides these accords, other of interest areas gain especial relevance, for example of energy, geology and mining, satellite communication, infra-structures, extractive industry, training of workers, teaching and scientific research, health and technical-military cooperation.
