Luanda — At least 110,000 residences will be constructed from August in a public-private partnership, on Tuesday here announced the minister of Urbanism and Housing, José Ferreia.
Speaking at the end of a meeting of the national commission of housing programme, headed by the Premier, António Paulo Kassoma, he said that during the first project the will be built 10,000 houses in Bengo, Luanda, Huila and Namibe provinces, with the participation of Brazilian Odebrecht firm.
The second one, with partnership of the Israeli RL foresees the building of 100,000 residences in Bengo, Benguela, Namibe and Malanje province.
The Angolan Government foresees to build in four years about one million houses.
