Lobito — The deputy governor of the central Benguela province, João Evangelista Baptista, on Monday in Egypt Praia commune, Lobito district, called on businessmen to create partnerships for execution of their projects, Angop has learnt.
That official who was speaking during a meeting with businessmen with the civil construction sector, said that by setting up partnerships, firms may avoid problems following delay in deadline of works conclusion.
In his opinion, the non- fulfilment of the terms for execution of works hinders the holding of government programmes and consequently the resolution of problems affecting the communities.
The deputy governor said that at least three social projects are in progress, out of the 68 scheduled for the construction of schools, health centres and drinking water supply stations in the nine districts of Benguela.
