Kuito — The governor of central Bié province, Cândida Celeste da Silva, on Tuesday, in Kuito city, expressed concern over the increase of crimes committed by children, thus calling on society's attention to cooperate with governmental authorities to overcome them.
Speaking to Angop, Cândida Celeste da Silva invited police and military authorities to be more rigorous with the criminals, in order to guarantee order and tranquillity for the population.
She also called on religious authorities and traditional authorities and the population to let the police to know bandits hiding places, action that, she emphasised, will make them to quit this behaviour.
