Freetown — Former Leone Stars captain, Mohamed Kallon is yet to decide what league he would be playing in next season to put an end to romours that he would be heading for trials with Vietnamese side, Hai Phong Cement.
The former Inter Milan striker who is still holidaying in Freetown decided to break his silence after an online media reported earlier last month that he would be heading for Vietnam.
"Me heading to Vietnam for trials?" he asked, adding that the report was untrue.
"I have never had contacts with any club over there; it is a surprise to me. I am yet to decide where I would be playing next season. I am still on holiday and want to focus on other activities," said the former skipper who recently launched a children's foundation, his biography and Moe tea product.
According to the report, the northern port team which has already recruited five foreign players was expecting the former AS Monaco hit-man to sign a contract with them past May 2009 for an undisclosed fee.
Last season Kallon was with United Arab Emirates side, Al-Shabab after his contract with Greek side AEK Athens expired in 2008.

Hey Kallon, my advise to you is to retire as a hero. You have been blessed, do all you can to help your mother land. I thinkth is a great thing any one could strike for in life. Now, the history of Sierra Leone will never be concluded without including your name. Kallon, you're among my hero's list. And hope to meet you some day and have one to one discussion. I'm commonly called, Allan Bob, resided in Quincy, Massachusetts. Catch you the soonest.
Indeed kallon has played so much and need to retire now. Remember age is not in his favor anymore. So I would recommend something soft, simple for him. Perhaps playing home and running his new charity will be the best option for him. Or better still look for a not-too demanding football country and play there - make money but little time to play. Don't consider Europe for once.
