Nairobi — Police have completed investigations into a case in which an American evangelist, Mr Thomas Kevin Manton, 50, is charged with trafficking in pornographic material, a court heard on Wednesday.

The case against the evangelist was mentioned before Kibera chief magistrate Uniter Kidullah. Mr Manton, who is out on a Sh50,000 cash bail, had gone for the mention of the case to ascertain if police had completed their investigations.

The magistrate fixed the hearing for August 26 and extended Mr Manton's bond until then.
