Luanda — Angola Oil minister, José Botelho de Vasconcelos, on Wednesday left for China, where he will participate on Friday and Saturday in the Think Tank World Summit, in his capacity as chairperson of the Organisation of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC), Angop has learnt.
The summit will debate the tendencies of the world financial crisis and how to revive the growth of the world economy, as well as analysing the measures taken to control the crisis, the setting up of a new international financial order crisis's implication in globalisation and regionalisation of the economies.
According to the organisers of the event, the Chinese Centre for International Economic Interchange, the bill theme of the summit is the international economic and financial crisis and the global economic panorama.
The mentioned centre was created on March 20, 2009, with the approval of China's government and its goal is to promote search of international economic interchange and provide consulting services.
