Luanda — The Angolan Government approved Wednesday here measures of management of marine, continental and aquaculture fishing this year, meant a sustainable preservation of biological resources, enabling to assure their quality, diversity and renovation, Angop has learnt.
These measures aim at adjusting fish caught capacity to the available potential of aquatic and aquiculture resources, setting up the monitorisation and usage of equipments suitable for boats, reads a communiqué of the fifth extraordinary meeting of the Cabinet Council.
According to the document, these provisions also aim at the periods of ban and respective areas of fishing, as well as the limits of fishing quotas and the obligation of providing statistics information.
