Luanda — The bill on sectorial policy of management of urban space within the national territory, proposed by the ruling MPLA party on Thursday was submitted to permanent work commissions of the National Assembly, for enrichment of its contend, Angop has learnt.
The chairperson of MPLA parliamentary bench, Bornito de Sousa, was the entity who suggested the return of the documents to the fourth and ninth commissions, in charge of the claims and suggestion of citizens, respectively.
According to him, this measure aims at the inclusion in the document, of the contributions presented by some of his colleagues from various parties, during the debate on the bill, so that the document meet the country's housing situation.
In the document, MPLA suggests to the competent organs of public administration to make easy the processes for acquisition of land reserve, permit for construction and all means and instruments related to speedy reinstallation of the population and acquiring of plots to build houses.
