Harare — HARARE premier volleyball league bounces back into action this weekend, after a one-week break, with the women's log leaders Dolphins out to maintain their position on the table.
The Dolphins, who are still to drop a set, will take on Jewels in their first match of the day tomorrow, before battling it out against Sharks late in the afternoon.
Jewels and Sharks have both lost a game each and would be looking forward to win their matches this weekend to narrow the gap separating with the log leaders.
Dolphins' coach Liberty Manwa said his team remained focussed.
"Our preparations are basically the same and our objective for this year is to play well and winning is a bonus.
"After every outing we have to step up our preparations and our players have gone a step further in developing a positive attitude and we are concentrating on basic skills," he said.
However, Premier League technical manager Robert Njerere said this was going to be a tough fixture for Dolphins and Starz.
Defending men's champions Koba A will battle it out against Kingdom and Stanbic Thunder.
The Koba family is fighting on two fronts with the A team out to win the league and the B team fighting to avoid relegation.
